Greg Allman is a full-time professional REALTOR® and Broker whose knowledge of the Greenbrier Valley’s real estate market is unmatched. Beginning his real estate career in 1990, Greg has devoted his career to helping buyers and sellers in Lewisburg, Ronceverte, Alderson and White Sulphur Springs find both the home and the buyer they have been searching for.
His professionalism has led to multiple industry awards, and as a member of Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS® he was recognized as the “Top Single Achiever” for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Greg is also a member of the West Virginia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He has also achieved membership in the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle, representing the top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents nationally, for his outstanding sales performance.
Greg continues to educate himself in the local real estate market, garnering a variety of important designations with the real estate industry by going above and beyond the minimum education necessary to maintain a real estate license.
Greg’s current designations include:
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) - ABR denotes a sales agent who is qualified to provide buyer representation and has experience handling buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues. This designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), which is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition to being an active member in REBAC, agents must complete a 12-hour course, earn recommendations from previous clients, and close at least five real estate buyer transactions. CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) - Considered the "PhD" of Real Estate, only five percent of REALTORS® nationwide have earned the CRS designation, which requires significant actual real estate transaction experience, hundreds of hours of advanced education and NAR membership. CRS is a professional designation provided by the Council of Residential Specialists and is also affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®. To visit the CRS site, click here.
GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) - GRI is a nationally professional real estate designation. This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program that includes 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise. Wellington attended Marshall University and served in the US Army occupation forces in Germany and later on as a member of the Army Reserve. He was called back to active duty and spent one year in Korea. Hilda attended Greenbrier College for Women in Lewisburg and was an educator in Monroe and Greenbrier counties. |

Greenbrier Real Estate Service in Lewisburg welcomes Roger and Alisha Patterson, REALTORS® in the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS®. Roger and Alisha joined Greenbrier Real Estate Service in August and bring 16 years combined experience with them. Roger and Alisha work as a team and provide their clients the highest level of knowledge and technology when buying or selling in Greenbrier, Monroe and surrounding counties.
Roger is an avid outdoorsmen who loves to hunt, play golf and farm which explains why he enjoys selling and listing large tracts of acreage, timberland, and farm property. Alisha's influence of professionalism is a result of several years in the salon industry as a sole proprietor. Alisha's focus of expertise in the real estate industry is new construction, residential re-sales, and relocation. |

CNHS (Certified New Homes Specialist) – CNHS™ stands for Certified New Home Specialist™. CNHS™ designees earned the real estate industry’s most comprehensive new home sales national certification, providing them with the highest level of professionalism and service to builders and new home buyers. The training covered architectural design and planning, blueprint reading, topography, building site design, evaluating quality construction, materials, methods, construction terminology and scheduling. Designees also studied successful buyer/builder relations, all aspects of customer service and the use of various organizational tools and systems. They will be able to do a much better job of assisting anyone interested in a brand new or existing home.
e-Pro – The e-Pro designation is a new certification first offered in 2000 by the National Association of REALTORS®. It is a comprehensive Internet certification program for real estate professionals. E-PRO holders have completed a course covering fundamentals of doing business online, ways of creating and maintaining online relationships, web marketing ethical and legal issues, and ways to adapt to new ways of doing business online. |

Norma Feury, GRI, is a resident of White Sulphur Springs and has owned and operated a Bookkeeping and Tax Service for the past 25 years. Norma has 8 years of professional Real Estate experience and previously owned and operated Checkerboard Realty.
Norma is one of the founding members of the White Sulphur Springs Civic Center, active with the revitalization of downtown White Sulphur Springs and the Main Street organization. Norma serves on the Anthony Correctional Center Citizens Advisory Board and their Education Advisory Board. Norma is a member of the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors and the Greater Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce.
Norma enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Tina Morgan is a native of Lewisburg. She graduated from Bluefield State College with her bachelor's degree in English. Tina is very involved in the community, she volunteered at the Greenbrier Episcopal School in White Sulphur Springs for two years, is involved in many activities at St. Thomas Episcopal Church including serving as secretary of the vestry. Tina has also been serving on the Board of Directors for the Children's Youth and Advocacy Center in Lewisburg since 2006.
For the past five years, Tina has been working with her husband E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr., a local attorney, serving many roles there including Office Manager/Legal Assistant. Tina enjoys anything outdoors: running, hiking, motorcycling and fishing are some of her favorites. She also greatly enjoys traveling. Having traveled extensively in the United States as well as abroad, Tina has seen a tremendous variety of architectural styles. Traveling has given her a better understanding of the multitude of factors and considerations that go into a person's decision as to where to call home.
Tina has joined Greenbrier Real Estate Service with the hope that she can find the right place for you to call "home" because she truly understands the importance of finding your dream home while providing you with professional and knowledgeable service at the same time. Bob Baker has been affiliated with Greenbrier Real Estate Service since 2005 and has been an Automotive Service Technology instructor for Greenbrier East High School for 34 years. Bob attended Bluefield State College and West Virginia University Institute of Technology majoring in vocational, technical and adult education. Additionally, Bob has attended the University of Northwestern Ohio for technical training.
Bob serves on the Ronceverte City Council and the Ronceverte Planning Commission. He also services as a member of the Board of Directors for the newly developing Patriot Hills Subdivision project underway in the City of Ronceverte. Bob is also a member of the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors.
Bob is involved in the outdoor productions of “Riders of the Flood” and “Big Dreams….Restless Spirit” at the Ronceverte Amphitheatre since its beginning nearly six years ago. Additionally, he sings bass with “Jubilation” a barbershop quartet and with the choir of First Baptist Church of Fairlea. Other interests include antique automobiles and automotive collectables.
Bob is a Master Mason and Past Master of Alderson Lodge #70 A.F. & A.M., the Ronceverte Chapter #21, R.A.M., Greenbrier Commandry #15 of the Knights Templar Lewisburg WV, Lewisburg Chapter #108 Order of the Eastern Star, 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason of Charleston, WV and a Shriner of Beni Kedem Shriners of Charleston, WV. He is a member and past president of the Greenbrier Valley Shriners in Lewisburg, WV and a member of the Monroe County Shrine Club of Union. Bob also is a member of the Past Masters Club of Beni Kedem Shriners and enjoys riding his mini chopper motorcycle with the Greenbrier Valley Chopper unit of the Greenbrier Valley Shrine Club.
Bob and his wife Terri reside in Ronceverte. Bob and Terri have one daughter Stephanie Driscoll who resides in Lewisburg with her husband Patrick. Bob’s pride and joy is his granddaughter, Mary Katherine who demands and gets lots of attention.

Janya has lived in the Greenbrier Valley for more than 30 years. She has a personality as unique as her name. Her work experience varies from 25 years in Retail Management and Sales to Business Owner to 20 years in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Janya was born in Panama City, Florida. Due to her father’s career in the United States Air Force, she was given the opportunity to travel extensively with her family to many countries and across the U. S. These experiences have added a certain variety and richness to her life.
Currently, Janya resides in Lewisburg with her husband and son. Janya recently joined the Greenbrier Real Estate Service in 2009 as a REALTOR® and Accredited Staging Professional Stager. Her desire is to serve the real estate and property staging needs of the Greenbrier Valley. |

Marie has been a resident of Greenbrier County since 1976 and is from Monroe County and a graduate of Peterstown High School. Marie is a member of the Greenbrier Valley Board of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS and has achieved membership in the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society, Million Dollar Club, and continues to expand her knowledge with advanced training in all aspects of real estate.
Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill a Real Estate Attorney and with her family and especially her grandchildren. Bill and Marie have five children and eleven grandchildren and enjoy the beach, camping, church activities and trips to Disney World. Kathy was born in Rhode Island, brought up in Massachusetts and moved to Monroe County, WV in 1976 with her husband and five children. They purchased a 200 year old home in Greenville and have lived in that home for almost 29 years. It has been a labor of love bringing the old place back to life. Because of that love of homes she became a real estate agent in 2004. She has been one of the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors top producers for 4 of the 5 years. Kathy holds an ABR designation which stands for Accredited Buyer Representative. She will work hard for you in either selling or purchasing a home.
